What you're actually buying These are tokenized stocks: backed claims issued by Backed (xStocks) and Ondo, not shares. You get price exposure, not voting rights, and you take on issuer, custodial, smart-contract and liquidity risk on top of ordinary equity risk. Buying needs no KYC; redeeming with the issuer at NAV does, so without onboarding your exit is selling back into the same market. Not available to U.S. persons.
